Pad work, every session
Combinations on the mitts with a coach who calls, catches, and corrects in real time. This is the part people fall in love with — and it never shares your hour with anyone else.
Conditioning that serves the craft
Rounds on the heavy bag, intervals, and strength work matched to your level, so you finish sessions worked, not wrecked.
Boxing here isn't a separate program — it's one discipline inside your hybrid plan. Strength, conditioning, and boxing shift in proportion as your body and goals change. That's the name, and the method.
Common questions
I've never boxed. Is this for beginners?
Most clients start at zero. The first sessions build stance and mechanics at your pace — there's no class to keep up with, because there's no class.
Will I spar or get hit?
No. This is technique, pads, and conditioning. Nobody hits you, and you don't need a mouthguard — just gloves, which we can provide to start.
Is boxing good for fat loss?
It's one of the best tools we have — high heart rate, full-body, and genuinely fun, which is what keeps people consistent. Boxing sessions blend into your overall program.
