Cancellation policy

Single and package sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance; cancellations inside 48 hours are subject to a 60% late-cancellation fee. Intro sessions may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session; cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full intro fee to the card on file. Sessions may be rescheduled online free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time; inside 48 hours a session can no longer be moved online — contact us and we'll do our best.

Health screening

Every new client completes a short health screening. Minor aches or stiffness are no problem. Anyone with a significant injury (something broken, or pain/limitation during movement), a cardiovascular condition, or age 70+ will be asked to confirm doctor's clearance before training.

Available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM · Sunday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays off).Home visits are available within 3 miles of the studio, and only once you've completed your first session at Synergy and purchased a package.

Payment methods

Secure card payment (Stripe). Your intro session is billed after you train, not before. Approved refunds of card payments are issued net of the card-processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 of the original charge) — the payment processor keeps that fee even when a payment is refunded, so it never reaches us and cannot be returned.

Package validity

The free bonus session on the 10-Pack is a first-package welcome, available once per client on their first purchased package; subsequent 10-Packs include 10 sessions at the standard repeat price. Packages are prepaid and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase; training begins within six months of purchase. Sessions bought as a gift never expire. Approved refunds are issued net of non-recoverable card-processing fees (2.9% + $0.30). You can track your remaining sessions and expiry date anytime from your account. Your cancellation rights under California law are set out in full in our Terms & Conditions and are summarised at checkout.
