A single 1-on-1 session or a full package with Akash — we email your person a gift code the moment your payment goes through, and you get the receipt. They redeem it online whenever they're ready.

The fine print, plainly:

Recipients redeem by creating a free account, completing our short health screening, and entering the code. They must be 18+ — under 18, a parent or guardian just emails us at [email protected] approving the training and we unlock it. Gifted sessions are valid for 6 months from redemption, trainable Sun–Fri at Synergy Fitness Studio, Marina SF. Unredeemed gifts are refundable net of card-processing fees.
